Article VII of the By-Laws provide for an Architectural Control Committee to review proposed plans for any new construction to ensure that the architectural character of the neighborhood is maintained. These deed restrictions are enforced by the HOA and its legal counsel. A complete set of plans must be submitted and approved by the ACC prior to construction or alteration of any building, fence, or wall.
HOA Deed Restrictions
In the last few years our RHW neighborhood has gone through unprecedented development and construction, and it’s important to be familiar with the RHW Protective Covenants, or deed restrictions that apply to all homes in RHW. These deed restrictions pertain to a few but important development consideration such as single-family use, front yard and side yard setbacks for all new construction, a minimum use of rock, brick, or stone on the exterior of the home, restrictions of non- domesticated animals, and continuity of construction.
HOA Deed Restrictions Please submit proposed site plans and construction documents using the Architectural Improvement Request Form to the ACC Chair at least 60 days prior to initiating any construction activity.
